For the December Photo-A-Day Challenge on Fat Mum Slim. The theme for today is ‘Reflect: Best Bit Of 2013’.
The theme made me reflect quite a bit, on all that 2013 has brought my way. There have been many great moments, glittering like brilliant guiding stars in an inky night sky. It is difficult to choose one ‘best bit’. Finally, though, I decided on our visit to the Kanha National Park, by invitation from Pugdundee Safaris – my first by-invite trip! Now, that definitely was one of the highlights of the year gone by. It was our introduction to the wide world that the jungle is, and something tells me this is not going to be our only foray.

This was my first real foray into the jungles, and I am glad to have this as an introduction. I would love to explore the jungles more.
